How we work
We review your available documents, clarify the design requirements, and agree on the scope and schedule. Throughout the design process, we raise questions early and coordinate technical decisions with your team. Drawings and calculations are checked before delivery, with support for review comments and revisions within the agreed scope.

What information do you need to get started?
Send the plans and specifications available, a brief description of the systems involved, and your target schedule. Water supply information and any owner, insurer, or project-specific requirements are also helpful. You do not need a complete package to start the conversation—we will identify what else is needed together.
What does your design support include?
Depending on the project, our scope can include system layouts, shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, technical coordination—including BIM coordination where applicable—and submittal support. Deliverables and responsibilities are agreed before work begins. PE review and stamped documents are provided by others when required.
How do coordination and revisions work?
We stay in contact with your team, flag missing information, and discuss technical questions as the design develops. Coordination meetings can take place through Teams or your preferred platform. Review comments are tracked, and any changes affecting the agreed scope or schedule are discussed before additional work proceeds.
